Journey toward deeper self-mastery with practical insights to strengthen your leadership presence and relational impact. From managing disruptive moods to developing important new competencies, you will have a personal map for your development.
Module 3
Converting Complaints to Longings & Better Futures
Navigate complaints and negativity with more confidence. Bring a more nuanced understanding of each person’s emotional needs and transform dialogue with others in positive ways – no matter how difficult the topic may be.
Module 4
Giving Difficult Feedback with Dignity
